Returns and Exchange Policy
This Returns and Exchange Policy describes the conditions under which SARL DAMN ALL TO CROWN CYNIQUE ("we", "our", "us") accepts returns and exchanges of items purchased on the website www.cynique.co (the "Site").
By purchasing an item on the Site, you fully and unreservedly accept the terms of this Policy.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

Be in new condition, never worn or washed, without stains or unusual odors;

Be accompanied by all original tags, packaging, and any accessories provided;
Any item not meeting these criteria will be returned to the sender without a refund.
RETURN PERIOD
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your intention to return or exchange an item.
After notification, you have an additional 14 days to send us the item concerned.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Orders in France or Internationally: a flat fee of €4.99 will be applied for processing the return or exchange.
REFUND
After receipt and inspection of the returned item:

If the item complies with the conditions stated above, we will proceed with its refund within 5 to 10 working days;

Initial shipping costs are not refunded, except in case of an error on our part (defective item, incorrect reference, etc.).
The refund will be issued via the original payment method used during the order.
EXCHANGES
Subject to availability, we will send you the requested exchange item within 5 to 7 working days after validation of your return.
If the desired item is no longer available, you will have the choice between:

A refund for the returned item;

The issuance of a credit note valid on the Site.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, go to this page or contact us within 14 days of receipt, at contact@cynique.co, providing photographs of the defect.
In the event of a recognized defective product, we will cover all costs associated with the exchange, repair, or refund.
GENERAL PROVISIONS

Each return is inspected; in case of a dirty, damaged item, or one without tags, no refund will be issued, and the item will be returned to you.
