This Returns and Exchanges Policy describes the terms and conditions under which SARL DAMN ALL TO CROWN CYNIQUE (“we”, “us”, “our”) accepts returns and exchanges of items purchased on the website www.cynique.co (the “Site”).
By purchasing an item on the Site, you fully and unreservedly accept the terms of this Policy.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
Be in new condition, never worn, never washed, with no stains or unusual odors;
Be accompanied by all original labels, packaging and any accessories provided;
Not be a personalized, custom-made item, a mystery product (e.g.: Mystery Hoodie, Mystery Tee) or a sale item, these sales being considered final except in the event of a proven defect.
Any item not meeting these criteria will be returned to the sender without refund.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return or exchange an item.
After notification, you have an additional 14 days to send us the item concerned.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by email at: contact@cynique.co , specifying:
Your order number;
The articles concerned;
The reason for the return or exchange;
In the case of an exchange, the desired model or size.
We will then send you the instructions to follow.
Orders in France : a flat rate of €4.99 will be applied for processing the return or exchange.
International orders : Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Customs fees and other possible taxes are not covered or refunded.
After receipt and inspection of the returned item:
If the item meets the conditions set out above, we will refund it within 5 to 10 working days ;
Initial delivery charges are not refunded, except in the event of an error on our part (defective item, reference error, etc.).
The refund will be made via the initial payment method used when ordering.
Subject to availability, we will send you the requested item in exchange within 5 to 7 working days after validation of your return.
If the desired item is no longer available, you will have the choice between:
Reimbursement of the returned item;
The issue of a credit note valid on the Site.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt, at contact@cynique.co , providing photographs of the defect observed.
In the event of a product being found to be defective, we will cover all costs related to exchange, repair or refund.
Each returned order must be processed separately; we do not accept the consolidation of multiple orders into a single return;
Each return is inspected; if the item is dirty, damaged, or missing tags, no refund will be issued and the item will be returned to you.
We reserve the right to modify this Returns and Exchanges Policy at any time, in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices, legal obligations, or for any other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
Changes will take effect upon posting on the Site. It is your responsibility to review this Policy regularly.
