Easy. Go to www.cynique.co , choose your items, add them to your cart, and then confirm your order using a secure payment method.
2. How do I know if my order has been taken into account?
You will receive a confirmation email with all the details. If you haven't received anything within 24 hours, write to us at contact@cynique.co .
3. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been shipped yet . Send us an email as soon as possible with your order number and the changes you need to make.
4. How much is delivery?
France: €4.99 (free for purchases over €100)
European Union: €9.99 (free from €100)
International: €14.99 (free from €100)

France: 6 to 10 working days
EU: 6 to 10 working days

6. How do I track my order?
As soon as it's shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You'll be able to track your package in real time.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide . For orders outside the EU, customs fees or taxes are your responsibility.

You can return an item within 14 days of receipt, if it is new , never worn , with the original tags and packaging.

France: Contact us by email with your order number and reason for return. There is a fee of €4.99 .
International: Contact us by email as well, you will need to organize the return shipment and pay the fees + customs if there are any.
